We offer individual sessions (45 or 60 minutes) or
small group courses at a variety of times – lunch-hour
(45 minute sessions), daytime, Wednesday evening, Saturday
morning (90 minute sessions) so that we can cater for
your requirements.
Our most popular courses e.g. weight loss, quit smoking,
overcoming fears and phobias, run every 6 weeks or so,
depending on demand and last for 5 weeks @ 90 minutes
or 10 weeks @ 45 minutes. Course duration therefore
is 7.5 hours.
We are also able to offer home visits for those with
mobility disabilities who are unable to access our offices.
If you can get a few people together who have similar
issues they want to address, we can do a group session
in your home. We also offer individual sessions or courses
to companies & businesses for their staff.
